The project for Pinko involved the development of a Certified Authenticity Digital Twin for the Love Bag collection. This Digital Twin encompasses a unique product reference, including an image, description, serial number, TAG UID, and other specific data.

Project Goal:
The project aims to enhance the customer experience, ensure product traceability, and combat counterfeiting. The Digital Twin is created at the moment of encoding the bag, representing a massive project to link the entire production of the Pinko brand to a digital twin of each product.
User Interface:
The user interface has been designed to be intuitive, making it easy to request your Digital Twin directly from the Pinko website. With just one click, users can upload proof of payment and photos of the product to verify its legitimacy.
Technical Flow:
The technical flow is based on utilizing blockchain to automatically create digital twins through brand management systems. Data integration occurs during the encoding of the bag, ensuring an efficient and accurate process. Thanks to the Luxo certificate, a minting system has been adopted for various products, allowing the creation of different digital twins through Luxochain's ERC-721 smart contracts. Users will find all the necessary information about the product, such as the contract address, token ID, and details of the product and order.
Subsequently, users can fill out dedicated fields to request their Digital Twin, accessing a specialized dashboard where their portfolio is generated automatically. The Pinko team will verify authenticity by accessing the Luxochain platform via tenant credentials. A table with all requests will be presented, allowing independent verification. An integrated button allows the team to accept or reject the transfer of the Digital Twin to the user's portfolio, generated automatically by the Luxochain platform. Upon approval, the user will find their Digital Twin in the Collection section.
Design Front-End:
The front-end design has been developed following the aesthetic and distinctive style of the Pinko brand, ensuring complete consistency with the visual identity of the brand. The Digital Twin page created for Pinko has been carefully designed, incorporating essential information for each product, aiming to provide an optimal user experience.
Aesthetic and stylistic choices have been aligned with the distinctive elements of the Pinko brand, ensuring that the front-end design faithfully reflects the personality and spirit of the Love Bag collection. The interface has been optimized to present the unique details of each product clearly and attractively, offering users a comprehensive and engaging overview of their experience with Pinko.
The Digital Twin page is conceived to convey not only authenticity and traceability but also a sense of luxury and individuality associated with the Pinko brand. The detail-oriented design aims to create a harmonious blend of functionality and aesthetics, contributing to solidify the distinctive experience offered by Pinko's Love Bag collection.
Architecture Implemented:
The architecture implemented for this project is based on a blockchain network, with a specific emphasis on the use of ERC-721 smart contracts within the Luxochain blockchain. This enables the adoption of a minting system for various products, allowing the creation of distinct Digital Twins, each represented by a unique token within the blockchain.
Thanks to Luxo certificates, the minting system facilitates the generation of digital twins for Pinko products. Each Digital Twin contains a unique reference for the product, including an image, description, serial number, TAG UID, and other specific data. This Digital Twin creation process occurs through ERC-721 smart contracts, ensuring authenticity and traceability for each Pinko product.
Interactive Prototype:
The interactive prototype allows the Pinko team to simulate both the user and tenant parts, including the process of registering and redeeming the Digital Twin. This phase has been crucial, enabling a smooth and understandable interaction. Moreover, the prototype includes the verification of the Digital Twin on the Luxo dashboard, where the Pinko team can approve or reject customer requests.
Prototype Results:
The prototype results demonstrated a positive adoption, with the Pinko team appreciating the ease of use and transparency of the process. Users found the system intuitive, contributing to a smooth interaction during the simulation of Digital Twin registration and redemption. The positive feedback from the team reinforces the effectiveness of the prototype in achieving the goals of simplicity and clarity in the Digital Twin process.
Project Status:
The project is currently in the operational phase. The platform is operational, and the Pinko team is exploring future options, including the development of a customized dashboard. Presently, Pinko employees access the Luxo dashboard with specific credentials, where they can manage customer requests in a dedicated table. It is worth noting that there is an ongoing assessment for the potential development of a dedicated and customized dashboard for Pinko, enhancing the overall user experience and management capabilities.
